Olivia Keller

Olivia Keller is a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience.

Olivia chose to specialise in the topic of personalised wellbeing counselling and expat support counselling after working internationally with clients from different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds who were often dealing with adjusting to a new culture and a new job role at the same time. Olivia herself has lived and worked in four countries and has experienced some of the common challenges such as finding work, applying for a visa, adjusting to a new culture, making friends, and missing home.

Olivia has a strong focus on goals and strengths to help clients design a life in accordance with their value system.

Expat Support

Moving to another country can feel exciting but often also comes with overwhelm as we are faced with language barriers, bureaucracy, and a whole new culture to adjust to. It can also be hard to be away from family and friends.

As an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I can support you during the transition. Together, we can talk about your hopes and fears for this new chapter, and map your expectations to the phase you are currently in. Living abroad is a great opportunity to get to know yourself and your values better, and I can help you with this. I will also equip you with the tools to work towards your personal goals such as learning a new language, making new friends, or finding a job.
