I am an experienced psychotherapist with international work experience in a range of industries.

I believe that moving to a new country is both an exciting journey and a profound life transition—one that touches every aspect of your identity, relationships, and sense of belonging. Counselling can help you navigate this transition and tackle the next chapter in a new place by providing you with a space to process, learn and grow.
