I am an experienced psychotherapist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and accredited by the BABCP in the United Kingdom.


I offer counselling services based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based psychotherapeutic models.

  2. Strengths exploration - How can you use your strengths and values to design the life you are passionate about? I draw from evidence-based approaches such solution-focused counselling and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to help you increase your sense of agency and build a positive self-image.

  3. Change facilitation - I am here to support you with making key changes to achieve a better overall wellbeing. We will look at useful tools and mindset shifts to help you achieve lasting results.
